-4 floor anchors Technical specifications for the construction of a pallet rack:
- External supports in aisles and traffic routes must be at least 500 mm higher than the top storage level in order to protect aisles against falling stored goods
- Passages and superstructures must be provided with a closed level (e.g. gratings, wire mesh supports, chipboard)
- The clear passage height must be at least 2100 mm
- If the distance between the pallets in the double rack is less than 100 mm, push-through guards must be provided
- For external stands and driveways, impact protection corners must be installed in accordance with DGUV 108-007 (BGR 234)
- For individual shelves standing freely in the room and for shelves adjacent to traffic areas, mesh back walls must be provided at the rear to prevent the stored goods from falling down
- Concrete quality: at least C20/25 according to DIN EN 206-1 (DIN 1045-2), concrete thickness at least 200 mm
- Load capacity signs must be attached to each shelving system
- The information only applies to evenly distributed load
- From 7500 mm upper edge of stored goods, the respective state building regulations of the individual federal states must be observed by the operator, as well as all other building regulations
- All load specifications apply only to indoor installation, earthquake loads as well as wind and snow loads are not taken into account and must be requested separately
